Cranberry Beet D'lite
The beautiful red magenta color of beets and cranberries makes a lovely appetizer. The Cran Beet D'lite is great on crackers, with cream cheese or goat cheese. Other appetizing ideas to try: Pinwheel appetizer; stuffed olives with cream cheese; deviled eggs; lamb side dish, or mini turkey sandwiches with muenster cheese, and romaine lettuce.
Beet Lemon Glaze
Try the Beet Lemon Glaze on cakes, pastries, pancakes, biscuits, or as a dip for strawberries and banana's.
Use on lots of other wonderful recipes too.
My family really enjoys all of my products, but my Beet Jam is a true hit for my little nieces and nephews! They made Peanut Butter -n- Beet Jam Sandwiches, and as a spread on biscuits, toast, crackers and even bagels with cream cheese. Absolutely warms my heart to see them ENJOYING while getting the nutritional value from every bite. Makes it all worth while ;-D
