Peanut Butter-n-Beet Jelly Jam Sandwiches
Beet Jams, Jellies, Preserves, Glazes and Syrups enjoyed on Bagels with Cream Cheese, Toast, English Muffin, Pancakes, and Biscuits
Even enjoy our beet maple syrups over a wonder bowl of yogurt or ice cream!
Beets are a great source of Nitrates, Betalain, Iron, Folic Acid, Vitamins A, B6, C, Minerals, Potassium, Protein, Magnesium.! Visit my "health benefit" tab to find out more.
Teaching Your Kids About Diet
1) Eat lots of fresh fruis and salads.
2) Reduce animal foods and processed foods.
3) Plant a garden, or at least some patio tomatoes and salad greens.
4) Involve your children in food choices and preparation.
5) Slow Down and set aside time for family meals whenever possible.
6) Prepare fresh, living foods ahead of time, and if you don't have time for a family dinner at home, then take fresh living foods with you even to your kids sport practices and events.

She asked the restaurants to rethink the food they offer and reformulate their menus to help combat
childhood obesity. She told the restaurateurs and executives “We have to do more, we have to go farther, and we need your help to lead this effort,” .
